About Us

The domain, the Wailele Adventure & Sports logos, photos, videos and the Wailele Adventure & Sports Trademark are the property of Rocio Fernandez Fernandez with VAT number: 25719637W, hereinafter Wailele.

The use of the Wailele Trademark or content by third parties without prior written permission from Wailele would be a criminal offence and would be prosecuted and punished using all necessary legal processes and official bodies.


All the routes are carried out with qualified instructors and the corresponding licences and accident and civil liability insurance, following the legislation in force in the country where the services are provided; Spain, in terms of leisure and free time activities and aquatic activities.

The service of tours and rentals for own use is a service provided by Ettore Russi with VAT number: Y0430092Y, so that all responsibility and invoicing is the responsibility of this owner. Wailele acts solely and exclusively as a Booking Centre and as such all responsibility lies with the above-mentioned owner as a provider of Leisure and Free Time Activities services.

Characteristics of the routes

The Kayak and Paddle Surf routes start at Playa de Maro and go along the cliffs of Maro up to the Maro waterfall and back to the starting point.

Types of Routes:

2 hours Kayak Tour

3 hours Kayak Tour.

2 hours Paddle Surf Tour.

Tours will only take place when there is a minimum of 8 participants. Otherwise, the company may cancel or modify the time and date of the tour. This will be done by notifying the client in advance as far as possible.

The duration of each route is from the starting point at Maro Beach to the return to the starting point after passing the Maro Cliffs and the Maro Waterfall.

During the course of the route, a short stop is made at the waterfall so that guests can enjoy a refreshing swim.

In the case of the 3-hour route, as long as the sea conditions are optimal and the speed at which the clients carry out the activity, they will reach the Sea Cave, as long as the activity is carried out from start to finish within the contracted time of the service and the safety of the clients is not harmed by the sea conditions. These conditions are exclusive to the 3-hour kayak route. In the event of not being able to access the Sea Cave for the aforementioned reasons, this does not give the client the right to claim or compensation for the aforementioned.

Minimum requirements:

To be able to do the kayak route it is necessary to…

  • Knowing how to swim
  • Minors must be accompanied by at least one of their legal guardians.
  • Minimum age for Kayak tour: 4 years old.
  • Minimum age for Paddle Surf tour: 10 years old.


Each route has its corresponding price depending on the age of the participant and the length of the route.

Kayak tour lasting 2 hours:

Adults from 16 years old: 24€.

Children from 7 to 15 years old: 15€.

Minors from 4 to 6 years old and less than 30kg: Free of charge.

Minors from 4 to 6 years old and under 30kg must always do the tour with 2 adults and will go in the middle of the kayak between the adults.

Kayak tour lasting 3 hours:

Adults from 16 years old: 35€.

Children from 7 to 15 years old: 25€.

Minors from 4 to 6 years old and less than 30kg: Free of charge.

Minors from 4 to 6 years old and under 30kg must always do the tour with 2 adults and will go in the middle of the kayak between the adults.

Paddle Surf tour lasting 3 hours:

Adults from 16 years old: 24€.

Children from 10 to 15 years old: 15€.

Photos y Videos:

The photos and videos taken during the tour are a Value Added Service completely free of charge. This means that it is not included in the price.

The price paid corresponds exclusively to the duration of the route.

The main task of the monitors during the route is to ensure the safety of the clients and to guide them during the activity.

The monitors during the route will take photos and videos for the clients with their own cameras, as long as the main work of the monitors is not affected.

The quantity or quality of the photos and videos may vary depending on the circumstances during the tour and does not entitle the customer to any claim or compensation.

Private rental

The rental of Kayaks and Paddle Surf Boards is a service in which the client has this material at his disposal for his own use and under his own responsibility.

The rental can not be used to join any of the Kayak or Paddle Surf Tours in progress.


20€ per person 2 hours of use.

The rental does not include guide, photos or videos.

The customer agrees to return the equipment within the time limit of the booking.

In the case that the client is late in returning the equipment, he/she will be invoiced the price corresponding to 2 hours extra per person in stages.

Changes, Cancellations, Delays and No-shows


The client has the right to make 1 change of date, time or participants of his booking to another day and time provided that he gives 24 hours’ notice prior to the date of his route.

The change of date and time will be carried out as long as the new date or time chosen by the client has seats available for the number of participants in the booking.

Changes after 24 hours notice are not permitted.


The client has the right to cancel his reservation as long as he gives 24 hours notice.

The cancellation of the booking entails a handling fee to be paid by the client corresponding to the deposit paid during the booking of the tour.

As a courtesy, Wailele gives clients the option to save the booking for another date until the client decides when they wish to do the activity.

This way, the customer avoids losing the deposit paid on the reservation.

The booking is saved for the client so that he/she can use it during the current summer period. Once the activity season is over, if the saved booking is not used, it is lost.


It is the client’s responsibility to be at Maro Beach with the instructors 30 minutes before the departure of the tour booked.

This is necessary to prepare and instruct you before your departure time.

The tours leave on time and cannot be delayed as there are more customers waiting.

If the customer is late on arrival for his tour and the tour has departed, the tour is considered missed by the customer and no refund or compensation will be granted.

As a courtesy, we will try to place the client on the subsequent routes only and exclusively if there are enough free places for all the attendees of your reservation, on the same day. This cannot be done for changes to other days.


If the client does not show up at Playa Maro on the day and time agreed for the activity, the booking will be considered as lost and Wailele will keep the booking fee as a processing fee.

Non-attendance (No-Show) does not entitle the customer to any claim or compensation.

Complaints and Claims

The activities take place in Playa Maro and a complaint form is available there.

If the client has the right to make a complaint or claim, it is advisable to do so on site at Playa Maro.

The whole team that carries out the activities is in Playa Maro and they are the people qualified to be able to collect and manage your Complaint or Claim in order to take the necessary actions and/or measures.

Similarly, the customer can channel his complaint through Wailele. In this case, Wailele can take the customer’s complaint through the Contact Form on the website and this complaint will be forwarded to the service provider Ettore Russi for further study and resolution.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Wailele only collects the name, surname, telephone number and email address that you provide in the booking process of our activities or in the Online Contact Form.

In the case of the Booking Process, Wailele collects data in order to manage customer requests and future communications about the process.

In the case of the Online Contact Form, Wailele collects the data for future communications related to the query you make through this form.

Such information will also be used for future telematic notifications related to the services that Wailele provides directly or indirectly through third parties.

Wailele never collects Credit or Debit Cards corresponding to the reservation and payment of the services we provide through our website.

Bank details are encrypted and pass only through payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal and the customer’s bank, so that the card details provided by the customer are anonymous in our case.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with location data (GPS EXIF) included. Website visitors can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

The client who makes a reservation for the Kayak or Paddle Surf routes, accepting the Terms and Conditions, gives his consent for photographs and videos to be taken of him and the rest of the members of his reservation during the activities.

These images may be used by the company for commercial and advertising purposes unless the client duly objects in writing by sending an email to requesting that their images not be used.

Contact Form


If you contact us through our online contact form you can choose to save your name, email address and telephone number in cookies. This is for your convenience, so that you don’t have to fill in your details again if you use the form again. The same applies when you make an online booking from our website. These cookies will last for one year.

Who we share your data with

Wailele as a service provider of Central Reservation and Leisure and Free Time Activities, offers services directly and indirectly through third parties that provide services through Wailele so that such data may be shared with partners for commercial purposes related to the services provided on the Wailele platform.

How long we keep your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so that we can recognise and approve successive comments automatically, rather than keeping them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except that they cannot change their user name). Site administrators can also view and edit that information.

If you have made any bookings for services offered on the Wailele website or contacted us via the Online Contact Form, you may request to receive an export file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. The data you provide on the Booking Form or Online Contact Form is protected by End-to-End encryption using SSL and HTTPS Secure Data Transaction Certificates. Our Online Platform Database on our Web server and Access to our Web and Server administration are protected with strong password and security levels and strong encryption and Double Authentication.

What procedures do we use against data security breaches

Following both the recommendations in these cases and current laws, Wailele in the event of a data breach and unauthorised access to data:

We audit all affected systems and platforms to gather as much information as possible and apply the necessary patches, updates and measures to prevent and/or correct the data breach.
