All bookings at Wailele Adventure & Sports website (www.wailele.es) are made in good faith up to the date of arrival and departure indicated on this booking, at the specified rate. To confirm reservations, you must make a pre-authorization to confirm your places, once you proceed to make the payment, indicate your personal data, accepting the terms and legal conditions and sending your request and form of payment by means of the data of a valid credit card, pay pal or bank transfer to it:
We will contact you within 24 hours regarding the requested time slot.
Once your request is confirmed, you will be debited with an advance payment authorization. This means that your bank captures the amount that the activity costs. Only after confirmation of the reservation request, your bank will deliver the amount.
You can pay online with Credit or Debit Card. Cash payment is not allowed.
You will receive the confirmation voucher with all your confirmed travel planning: contact details of the Activity Centre, meeting place, time, activity or tour.
IMPORTANT: If you do not receive the Wailele Adventure & Sports CONFIRMATION, it means that your booking is incomplete, or if we do not confirm the booking, it means that the contract has not been made. Please carefully check the details on the confirmation screen of your booking voucher/email and all other documentation at the time of receipt and inform us immediately of any errors. (Please also check your spam folder, or contact us as soon as possible).
Security in payments:
Wailele Adventure & Sports do not store your credit card, debit card or bank details. These data are managed directly by your bank. It is important to know that whenever you give through Wailele Adventure & Sports payment gateway your credit card information, it is safe. Your credit card number, name, address, and phone number are protected by powerful Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology as you travel the Internet.
All cancellations must be made according to all our locations. Most services y activities at Wailele Adventure & Sports can be cancelled 72 hours prior to the date of the beginning of the service or activity.
A 10% fee of the total amount of the service or activity booked would be applied for administrative management expenses, on all cancellations prior to 72 hours to the date of the beginning of the service or activity. This means that the rest of your booking will be refunded to the same credit card on which the payment was made.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be applied to any booking cancelled within 48 hours of the beginning of the service or activity. This means that the rest of your reservation will be refunded to the same credit card on which the payment was made.
If you do not show up, the 100% cancellation fee will be applied, which means that you will lose the full amount of your reservation.
Any changes to your reservation before your arrival can be made at no additional charge, as long as the total amount of your service or activity does not vary.
We do not accept liability or pay compensation for any loss, damage or expense in the event that the timely performance or fulfilment of our obligations is prevented or affected by force majeure. Force majeure means any event that we or the service provider could not foresee or avoid, even with due care, such as war or threat of war, riots, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, strikes, natural or nuclear catastrophes, fires, adverse weather conditions, closure of airports or ports, technical problems with transportation, government action and all other similar events.
Activities confirmed by Wailele Adventure & Sports will only be cancelled if the provider of these activities decides to cancel them due to weather conditions. The money will be refunded or a different activity will be proposed to the client.
If you have a medical problem or disability that may affect your stay, you must advise us before making the reservation and communicate all details to our Customer Service. Your booking may be refused or cancelled in your best interest if the activity provider feels unable to perform the service adequately to your particular needs.
Any matter arising from these booking conditions will be deemed to exist in Spain and will be subject to Spanish law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
Your privacy is important to us and we make every effort to ensure that your privacy is respected at all times.
Complaints or comments:
All services and activities that make up Wailele Adventure & Sports are tested and proven and give us the guarantee of achieving customer satisfaction.
But if there is any complaint or comment about an activity or service through one of our collaborators, your complaint or claim must first be made to the person in charge of the centre at the time of your stay so that it can be resolved at that time.

Insurance and Disclaimer
All our activities are covered by a insurance, only while the client performs the activity under our supervisors in any activity or service of Wailele Adventure & Sports.
Wailele Adventure & Sports through the website www.wailele.es acts as a commercial manager, and as such, offers services and activities directly and also indirectly through third parties, hereinafter called “collaborators”.
Wailele Adventure & Sports has a protocol of action and management to ensure that collaborators have their respective permits, certifications and insurance for the provision of services and activities. Wailele Adventure & Sports is solely and exclusively responsible for the services and activities it provides directly. Any responsibility from the services and activities carried out by the collaborators through the web page www.wailele.es falls on the own collaborators.
Delivery times range from 24 to 120 hours at the customer’s choice. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that transport companies meet them whenever possible. In rural populations far from urban centers it is not possible to guarantee in any case the delivery in 24 hours. Delivery times depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated in each and every one of the products offered. In the orders that include several articles a single shipment will be made and the delivery time will correspond with the article whose delivery time is greater. The customer will have 72 hours to check the integrity of all components of the order and to check that everything owed is included in the products included. After these 72 hours the shipment will be considered accepted and no claims will be accepted for damages or failures with the shipment. An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. It is in the next 24 hours when the customer must verify the products upon receipt of them and expose all objections that may exist. In case of receiving a product damaged by the transport it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incidence to the transport company. To these effects, Wailele Adventure & Sports informs that the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, establishes several options for exercising the right of withdrawal. Among them is the possibility of doing so by filling out a form telematically. In order to shorten times and make the return in a comfortable way and without delays, from Wailele Adventure & Sports we advise you to make use of this option and fill out the withdrawal form.
According to current legislation, you can proceed to cancel the contract, without the need to justify such a decision and without penalty of any kind, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods by the customer.
The consumer will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a handling of them other than that necessary to establish their nature, their characteristics or their functioning.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:
The provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, when performance has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with acknowledgement on his part that he is aware that once the contract has been fully performed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal. The supply of goods or services the price of which depends on fluctuations in the financial market which the entrepreneur cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period. The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized. The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly. The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery. The supply of goods which after delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed inseparably with other goods. The supply of alcoholic beverages the price of which has been agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract and which cannot be delivered before 30 days, and the actual value of which depends on fluctuations in the market which the entrepreneur cannot control.
Contracts in which the consumer and user have specifically requested the businessman to visit them to carry out urgent repair or maintenance operations; if, during that visit, the businessman provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than spare parts necessarily used to carry out maintenance or repair operations, the right of withdrawal should apply to those additional services or goods.
The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
The supply of daily press, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.
Contracts concluded through public auctions.
The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, transport of goods, rental of vehicles, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.
The provision of digital content that is not provided on a material medium when performance has started with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on his part that he consequently loses his right of withdrawal.
Once we receive the product(s), we will refund the money according to the form of payment you have used:
If you paid by credit card, we will credit your account within 48 to 72 hours. If you paid by Paypal, we will credit your Paypal account. If you paid by bank transfer, we will ask you for an account number to make the payment. Please note that it can take up to 48 business hours until it is reflected in your bank account.
You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.
Returns conditions for private customers
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the article. Otherwise Wailele Adventure & Sports reserves the right to refuse the return. Once you have filled in and sent the withdrawal form, you will receive the instructions to send it to our facilities in your e-mail. You must send the goods without any delay, within a maximum of 14 calendar days of communicating your wish to exercise the right. You will be responsible for the transport costs incurred in returning the goods. You are free to choose and look for the agency that best suits your needs or offers you the most competitive rates.
